Our families are required to complete an application explaining their situation and their family income. These parents are working but do not have the funds to provide their children Christmas, but as all parents they would do what they can, but when it comes to Christmas; this could cause additional stress to the family. We at HOPE of the Grand Valley want to take the stress off of our families by providing them a wonderful Christmas! By doing this, our families will not have to worry, and they will have money saved to pay their bills come January.
HOPE of the Grand Valley will receive applications from these families and review each application.
Our focus is to fill the gaps with our working parents with children that are struggling to make ends meet.
If you know of a family in need, please encourage them to apply for Adopt a Family for Christmas.
Families that have received Christmas from us in the past are also required to have completed or currently attending our 3 part budget classes.
The Deadline to apply for Christmas was December 4th, 2018
We are doing our best to fill the gap and helping our underemployed families that are not receiving other assistance.
